About Exterior Wash, Wax & Sealant

Our most affordable service. A full hand wash with proper soap, tire and wheel cleaning, glass, and a premium wax or sealant finish. Most customers book this monthly as the maintenance cadence between deeper services.

We hand-wash only — no automatic-car-wash brushes, no high-pressure stripping. We use the two-bucket method (one for soap, one for rinse) with grit guards so dirt does not get re-introduced to your paint mid-wash. This is what prevents the swirl marks that come from gas-station car washes.

The wax-or-sealant choice is yours: carnauba wax for a warmer, deeper look (lasts about 6 weeks), or a synthetic sealant for longer-lasting protection (lasts about 4-6 months). For most daily drivers we recommend the sealant; for show cars and weekend driving we recommend the carnauba.

FAQs about Exterior Wash, Wax & Sealant

What is the difference between wax and sealant?
Carnauba wax is natural, gives a warm deep look, lasts about 6 weeks. Synthetic sealant is longer-lasting (4-6 months), more durable against the elements, but a slightly cooler appearance. Both are options at no extra charge — you pick.
Why not just go to a drive-through car wash?
Drive-throughs use rotating brushes that pick up grit from previous cars and drag it across your paint — which is why most drive-through cars develop swirl marks within a year. Hand-wash with the two-bucket method does not.
How often should I book this?
Monthly is the right cadence for most daily drivers. If you park in a garage or only drive on weekends, every 6-8 weeks is fine.
