Mobile Headlight Restoration
Sand, polish, and seal foggy / oxidized headlights for a clear finish that lasts. $40-$50 per pair.
About Headlight Restoration
Oxidized headlights are a Southern California specialty — sun and dry air cook the polycarbonate plastic and turn it yellow / foggy. Beyond looking bad, oxidized headlights significantly reduce night-time visibility (most people do not realize how much until after restoration).
Our process: mask off the surrounding paint, wet-sand with progressively finer grits (typically 800 → 1500 → 2500 → 3000), polish with a fine compound, and seal with a UV-resistant clear coat designed for headlight polycarbonate. Without the UV sealant, the oxidation comes back within 6-12 months.
Included in the Disaster Vehicle service. Bookable standalone or as an add-on to any other service for $40-$50 per pair.
